From the “Welcome to Employee Self-Service” screen go to the menu on the left-hand side of the page and click the “Personal Information” tab.
On this “Personal Information” page, beside the E-mail link select the “change” link.
At the bottom of this page you will find a place to enter an e-mail address and an alternate e-mail address.
If you have an MCPS account, please enter it into the first e-mail address line and an alternate personal email in the second entry. If you do not have a MCPS email account your personal e-mail account can be entered as your primary account. After you have entered your e-mail account(s) click the “update” button. The system will notify you that your information has been updated successfully.
